I found this a few days ago and was able to implement it into my gallery. It’s really cool! To view it with my gallery all you have to do is go to the site and all it is, is a plugin for your web browser. After it’s installed you can go to my gallery and hover over a picture and it will give you a button to push in the bottom left corner. It makes the gallery a 3D gallery. Click on the picture above to see what I mean.
Here is the newest member of our family. Her name is Santi. Why you ask? I still don’t know but she’s freakin’ awesome!
The thing that shocked me the most is that AmberLee is getting into it more than I am. LOL.
She is a Chilean Rose Tarantula so that is why we named her Santi. Short for Santiago. From what I have been reading they are the most docile and best for beginner’s. That would be me. We’ll see how it goes.
We went to peach Days tonight! It was awesome as always! Brennan had so much fun. It is so fun to see him experiencing new things.
He is getting to be so independent! I took him on the big slide and while we were climbing up he kept telling me ,” I can do it daddy. I want to go by myself.” He was so good. This is such a fun age right now!

Here are a few pictures with his 2 new girlfriends. lol.
As you can see he had a lot of fun!
This is really a cool app for my iPhone they came out with for wordpress. It makes posting here a sinch. I was so excited when I saw it, that was until I installed and tried to add my blogs.
When I first added my blog it acted like it was adding then it crashed, so I opened it back up and it still said it was adding so I let it go. It continued trying all night and drained my phones battery completely. I had to delete my blog in order to save my battery life.
Then this afternoon I noticed there was an update. Installed the update and tried again. Within seconds my blog was added. Problem solved. Then when I tried to post the post you see below this it crashed a total of 10 times before I finally posted it to the blog, and I still can’t add categories without an automatic crash.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m still way excited for this. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt for now. It has tons of potential to be an awesome app. It just seems like they should have maybe done a beta first and worked out the kinks before releasing it. At least it was free. Can’t argue with that.
Brennan has really enjoyed swimming lessons this year. From the first time he has been in the water he has enjoyed it. Here is a cute picture of him going down the kiddie slide at the Brigham City Pool just after his lessons during free time.
Him and Zachy both love the water. We went up to Bear Lake for a weekend and they lived in the water and it was a fight to get them out.
This is my first post from my iPhone so hopefully it works good. If it does, hopefully it will make me do a little better at posting.
This was one of the cutest things I’ve seen Brennan do in a while. It was so funny! We had to go grocery shopping so we told him if he was a good boy we would buy him a treat. By the picture you can tell he was good enough for the treat. We got home and he sat down at his Lightning McQueen table and you know the rest. We were laughing so hard. Quietly of course so we didn’t wake him before the picture was taken.

It was a fun day yesterday. Brennan and I went out and played in the snow. It was his first snowman. He had so much fun. It was much better than last year. I couldn’t even get him to touch the snow and all he wanted to do this year was make snowballs. We also made snow angels and just had a fun time. AmberLee wasn’t so brave. She came outside only to look at the finished product.
It was an interesting New Year’s for our family. New Year’s Eve AmberLee was sick with the Flu bug. This might not sound like a big deal but to her doctor’s it is. She is on immunosuppressants so even though she has an immune system these medications make it dangerous for her to get sick. I called at around 1:30 PM and they told us to come down to have AmberLee checked out. We dropped Brennan off at My Mom’s house and we were off. Once we got there they put her in a room and had to do many tests. After the tests they told us she was going to have to at least spend the night because her oxygen level was way too low. I asked them to please check her again and this time it jumped up to 93 and they tentatively decided to let her go home. We narrowly avoided spending New Year’s Eve in the hospital. We got home around 10:00 and we both fell asleep on the couch until 11:45ish. We stayed up until the ball dropped and kissed and went to bed. Pretty exciting I know.
Now New Years Day was a different story. We had a big breakfast, dropped Brennan off at Grandma’s and went and saw “I Am Legend”. Very good show. Highly Recommended! Then we met up with Melissa ,her 2 boys and my dad. My Mom didn’t come. She was a party pooper. She had to work at Midnight that night so we’ll forgive her this once. The boys had so much fun bowling. I think Zachy is watching too much Star Wars. Look at the pictures and you’ll understand. My dad ended up kicking our butts. Even with my valiant run at the end. Brennan was the winner out of the boys. Even with Zachy using the “Force”. It was a great New Years Holiday.
My Brother Jason and his wife Jasmine just had a baby! Her name is Juliana Marie Jensen, 7 lbs. 15 ozs and 20 inches. I probably don’t need to write too much about this, because there are posts upon posts with pictures upon pictures on Jason’s blog. So I’ll make it short and sweet. We are so excited for them. She is such a cutey. I hope Jason doesn’t mind me stealing a picture to post here. I know Grandma Jensen is so excited to write a name in the January box of the Birthday calendar. Everytime we look at it she mentions it. We love you grandma. We can’t wait to see her when they come out for the Baby blessing. We love you guys and try to get some sleep.

First of all I would like to apologize for being such a slacker when it comes to posting on the blog. I’ve been horrible. This will be my New Years Resolution to write at least once or twice a week. This is such a good way to keep up with family we don’t see very often and I promise to be better.
Anyway back to the title of the post. It has been in my opinion one of the best holiday seasons to date. It was by far the funnest Christmas yet with Brennan. Just watching his eyes light up every time he opened a gift made all the wrapping(mostly AmberLee), stress, etc… worth it. I will post some pictures later. It was so cute. Every time he got a gift unwrapped he would yell out “I found it!” I remember when I was young I always thought it would suck to be the parents because the kids always got the best presents and the parents had to buy everything, uhhh I mean Santa. Man was I wrong. There is nothing better than seeing your child opening presents on Christmas morning. AmberLee and I both opened maybe one or 2 presents each and the rest were Brennan’s.
Another thing I noticed was the Christmas parties seemed to be funner this year. There was a lot more interaction with everyone and a lot of laughing, making jokes and such. It was just fun over all. I hope every Christmas season is similar to this in years to come.
I know my picture gallery has never been very good, so I have spent a lot of time and at least tried to make it usable. My goal is to have all of our pictures on there, as of right now there are about 1000 so I’m getting there. My upload speed sucks so it is taking a while. So if there is a grandma or grandpa that wants a picture of there grandson, they will be able to get it there.
I am going to be posting pretty much everything on our family blog now. I will keep AmberLee’s blog accesible but I will no longer be posting there. Thank you everyone that read and made comments. It was a huge boost to our moral to hear from everyone while we were going through everything.
I should have posted this last week, but I have been slacking a little bit. I am trying to rededicate myself. Two weeks ago she had a petct scan, and last week we got the results back and she has been pronounced clean of cancer!! Everything was normal. It has been a tough road and we have been so blessed.
She has been doing pretty good since she has been home. The only obstacle is getting her energy back which has been a very tough thing to overcome. Also she has been having a reaction, which is common, to always be cold. It doesn’t matter what the temperature is in the house she has 3 blankets on her. According to the doctor’s it should pass in a few months.
She had a bone marrow biopsy yesterday and we’ll find out about that next week, but everything points to the positive. I will keep things up to date as much as possible.
Where do they have manholes like this anyway? Poor Guy! This thing would give ‘Old Faithful’ a run for its money!
Kyle and Kara are on there way to Disneyland with her family for the week so mom was more than willing to watch Kyver.
They picked him up on Friday. Mom is so excited to have him for the week! We just got back from Salt Lake for the weekend, and mom was also watching Brennan at the same time.
They have had so much fun playing with the dogs, running around the yard and house. Mom’s been a little overwhelmed with 2 little kids but she’s had fun.
Brennan especially enjoys it! He doesn’t usually have anyone to play with other than Nursery. From what mom tells me him and Kyver have been running around with there heads cut off. Copying each other in everything they do. It’s too bad they live so far away, they have so much together!
This kid is going to be a singer. He likes anything and everything musical. This was so cute!
I bought this trimmer at Lowes on Saturday. I figured I would go cheap right now and get a nicer one later on. It cost me 25 bucks and I was proud of that. I got it home and out of the box. Plugged it in and started trimming. After trimming about 3 inches the cord completely broke off so I tried to bump it against the ground to get more to come out and the middle handle broke! I flipped it over to pull the cord out and all the plastic inside had broken. I couldn’t believe how upset I was! I thought I was being so good and not spending a lot of money. That backfired! Oh well, you get what you pay for. I guess that means 25 dollars only gets you 6 inches of trimming!
It makes you wonder if they will ever be able to actually use this technology. It would be pretty cool though.

We finally got our family pictures back. It took them only 2 months. It was a little frustrating. We had them taken Dec. 26th then we went to select the ones we wanted January 20th or so and they told us it would take three weeks to get them back. Three weeks came and went, no phone call. After a month we called and they said it would be a little bit longer. Two more weeks went by no call. We called again and at first they couldn’t even find our order, then when they found them, they said it would take another week because they had computer problems. A week went by no phone call, we called on a Thursday and they said it would until next Tuesday. By this time I was getting frustrated so I said to the lady I was talking to that they told us it would be 3 weeks and her response was that, “Well if you look in the brochure it actually says it could take 4-6 weeks.” So I asked her then if it can take 4-6 weeks why do you tell people 3 weeks? It would make a lot more sense to tell people 4-6 weeks and then if you had it ready in 3 weeks they would be happy. And her only response was, “ya we should probably stop telling people that.” And that was it. Finally I called the next Wednesday and they said ya it’s ready, so I asked them why haven’t you called us to tell us anything that was going on? And he tried to tell me that they had left a few messages. It would have been at my parent’s house so I didn’t say anything. I asked my mom, and she said that there was nothing on the caller ID or any messages.
Anyways to make a long story short, I will never get pictures at Hammer Photography again. I have to admit they did a great job but it wasn’t worth the bad customer service and lack of communication.
I never realized how windy it can get in Tremonton before we lived there! We got home last night from Salt lake and as soon as we pulled in to the drive my basketball hoop had tipped over onto the fox. I walked around the back and our grill had rolled off our cement pad and all our yard work stuff was everywhere. We even had stuff I didn’t recognize. At first I thought it was some kids that did it. Then I called my friend that lives 3 houses down and he said it was one of the worst wind storms he had seen since he had been in Tremonton. Sorry no pics. I didn’t even think about it. It looked like a tornado hit our backyard.
We haven’t been doing to much outside lately with everything else going on and also depending on how AmberLee’s feeling with her treatments. On Saturday we were driving home from my parents house and she had made the comment that she felt really good. Well I jumped on it. We went straight to Ace hardware and bought lots of stuff for yard work, since we’ve never had to do yard work before, and also bark to put down in the front. We had a lot of fun.
AmberLee was going to water the flowers that we had just planted so she hooked up the hose, the old hose, screwed a nozzle on the end and as soon as she turned the faucet on water started going everywhere. The hose was a make shift one. It looked like the previous owners of the house had made it them selves, so as soon as there was some pressure the end pushed right off. She soaked Brennan, herself, thank goodness I wasn’t close to the action!
Brennan was holding his shorts away from his legs and saying, “wet mommy, it’s cold”. It was so cute!
Eventually we finished with the flowers and puting the bark down, so it was time to mow the lawn. I got it started and was mowing the front yard when Brennan decided he needed to help. It’s one of those really old mowers that are push only and it has 2 bars. One up top for me to push and one in the middle that has become Brennan’s bar to push. It was so cute. He mowed the whole front yard with me. I even tried to get him to stop and go play. Yah right, all he wanted to do was help daddy mow the lawn.
We have some pictures but I don’t have them with me, so I will post them asap.
My cousin Scott has this posted on his blog. I wanted to show it to those that don’t have his address. It is freakin’ amazing! I want this car!
Now isn’t that the image of the perfect family. We had a little too much fun. Tomorrow we are going to get family pics done.
I will post the rest of the pictures later, but for now here are a few to wet your whistle.P.S.S. I know this is on the other board, but I thought it pertained to both.
He is definitely taking after AmberLee. He loves to sing. You can probably tell he doesn’t watch this show that much at all. That is if you consider 4-5 episodes a day not that much.
Maybe the saddest part of the whole thing is that AmberLee and I also have it memorized. lol.
All I can say is we have been blessed! With everything going on with AmberLee’s cancer, we have never felt Heavenly Father’s presence more in our lives. When we first found out we thought the world was coming down on us, but it has been the complete opposite! For example AmberLee’s work has been amazing, and we’re going to be able to keep our house!
Brennan is doing great! He is a handful and we love it. It makes our lives interesting.
He is speaking better everyday, and scares us sometimes with the things he repeats.
I just started a new job a month ago. I am now working for Nucor-Building Systems. I am very excited! It is the first job I’ve had where I’m doing something I enjoy.
AmberLee is feeling much better. She has her next session of chemo on Tuesday. Hopefully everything will go well, and there will be no reactions. As of right now she is working from home sparingly.
We are in very high spirits. And looking forward to a happy outcome which we know will happen.
Thank you all for everything that you do for us.
Adam, AmberLee and Brennan Jensen
P.S. If you want to know more about what is going on with AmberLee’s Cancer just go to the blog we have set up specifically for that.
