No More Radiation!!

It has been a tough week, but she is finally done. Right now AmberLee is on a TPN, nutrients put in right through her veins. She hasn’t been able to keep anything down, and nothing sounds good except fresh salsa, which she can’t have. They finally decided to put her on the TPN to make sure she gets the nutrients she needs.
Tomorrow she starts the chemo to completely kill off the the bone marrow. She’ll have 2 days of that then 1 day to rest and then the transplant. Other than the nausea, and the lack of appetite everything is going as planned.
All this talk about salsa is making me hungry. Clearly this process is a rough one, though it sounds like it is going ok by relative standards. All of you are in my prayers every day.

I have not been able to read comments again and I just saw that you asked who I am. This is Jared’s old landlord Roy. Most of you that have helped Jared move or been to his places through the years know me. Again Amber you are in my prayers.

Please let Amber know that Torrie is watching her updates on this blog and that she is praying for her and that she loves her very much, and would definitely come and visit if she was anywhere near Utah. Amber you are like a big sis to me, you are so beautiful and strong, I know you will make it through this and I am looking forward to hearing that you are healthy and well again!
